O depoimento à 12ª Delegacia de Polícia (Taguatinga Centro) nesta quinta-feira (13/02/2020), Laryssa Yasmim Pires de Moraes, 21 anos, narrou detalhes de como executou a facadas a própria filha. Segundo a jovem, o crime ocorreu na cozinha do apartamento, de apenas três cômodos. O imóvel fica localizado na Chácara 148 da Colônia Agrícola Samambaia, em Vicente Pires.
Ela contou ter acordado por volta de 5h30 da manhã. Depois, colocou sobre a pia um colchão de berço e levou a filha até a bancada. “Tentou, primeiro, dar uma facada, mas não deu certo. A bebê começou a chorar. Foi aí que ela tentou sufocar com a mão, fechou os olhos e acertou outras duas vezes”, descreve o delegado Josué Ribeiro da Silva.
O primeiro golpe acertou a pequena Júlia Félix de Moraes, de apenas 2 anos, próximo ao pescoço, mas não chegou a perfurar a pele da menina, pois Laryssa teria usado pouca força. No entanto, na sequência, ela apunhalou a garota mais duas vezes e, dessa vez, a lâmina penetrou o tórax. Segundo as investigações, a barbárie foi praticada com uma faca de pesca, de ponta triangular.
Após tirar a vida da criança, Laryssa foi ao quarto onde o ex-companheiro e pai de Júlia dormia e tentou acertá-lo. Giuvan Félix teria acordado assustado e, na tentativa de desarmar a mulher, acabou se ferindo no rosto. Após tomar a faca de Laryssa, ele se deparou com a filha ensanguentada e acionou o Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (Samu) . “Enquanto Giuvan estava no telefone, ela guardou a faca e escondeu o colchão na área de serviço, que encontramos após voltarmos à casa”, afirma o delegado.
Sem motivo
Mesmo contando todos os detalhes do assassinato, a mulher não apresentou um motivo. Os investigadores suspeitam que ela não aceitava o fato de os avós maternos e paternos terem procurado a Justiça para tentar tirar a guarda da menina. Laryssa foi indiciada por homicídio duplamente qualificado, por motivo fútil e por impossibilitar a defesa da vítima. Ela ainda responderá pelo crime de lesão corporal praticada contra Giuvan.
Laryssa foi submetida a exame toxicológico. A polícia quer saber se ela estava sob efeito de drogas no momento do crime. Como Giuvan afirma não ter ouvido nenhum grito do bebê, a hipótese levantada pelo delegado é que ele possa ter sido dopado. “Todo o prédio ouviu, menos ele”, conta. O pai da criança, inclusive, diz se lembrar de ter tomado um suco feito por Laryssa.
Briga pela guarda
Giuvan e Laryssa estavam morando juntos desde janeiro, quando a mulher foi expulsa de casa pela mãe. Como não tinha onde ficar, ela pediu para ficar na casa dele por um tempo.
Como a acusada não tratava bem a criança, Giuvan brigava pela guarda. Ao buscar informações na Defensoria Pública, no entanto, ele foi orientado a pedir que Laryssa saísse de casa.
Foi aí que, na última semana, foi dado o ultimato para que ela deixasse o imóvel, manobra apoiada, inclusive, pela avó materna da criança. Apesar dos sucessivos pedidos de Giuvan, ela sempre adiava a saída do imóvel. “Chegou a dizer que voltaria para a antiga namorada, para irritar Giuvan, mas não surtiu efeito”, diz Josué.
