Parece que a estratégia do governador Marcos Rocha (PSL) para se defender da avalanche de críticas que o governo recebeu, após a Seduc emitir um memorando que ordenava a retirada de 43 obras literárias das escolas estaduais, é negar a evidência [memorandum]. O documento de três páginas, que o governador insiste em dizer que nunca saiu da Seduc, está em nome do secretário de Educação, Suamy Lacerda de Abreu, com assinatura eletrônica da diretora de Educação do órgão, Irany de Oliveira Lima Morais, terceira na hierarquia da pasta. Tanto Irany como Suamy foram procurados, mas não quiseram dar explicações.

A postura
Após a repercussão nacional do caso o coronel Marcos Rocha contestou a imprensa do país, em especial a Rede Globo, Folha de São Paulo e UOL, e disse que a informação de que o governo recolheria livros é mentirosa. E foi além: “a suposta ordem de recolhimento nunca existiu, pois tal informação nem mesmo havia chegado ao Governador ou a quem tem esse poder.”
Apesar de negar a existência do documento, Marcos Rocha diz que mandou abrir uma apuração sobre o caso.
Subterfúgio
Outra atitude para esquivar-se da treslouca ordem da Seduc foi atacar a imprensa.
“É a extrema imprensa fazendo o de sempre: execrar aqueles que apoiam o Presidente Bolsonaro, na clara intenção de atingi-lo. Não é com mentiras que mudarão o país.”, escreveu o governador em uma rede social. Porém, ele deixou em aberto a ligação do presidente da República com a ordem da Secretaria de Educação do Estado. Uma explicação, talvez, seria a de buscar nas redes sociais apoio usando a figura de Bolsonaro
Tentativa naufragou
O famigerado “memorandum fantasma” abre muitos questionamentos: por qual motivo o governador mandaria apurar algo que ele mesmo diz que nunca existiu (seria gastar energia à toa); por quais motivos o secretário de educação e a diretora de educação da Seduc se silenciaram diante da repercussão (um esclarecimento logo no princípio teria minimizado a celeuma).
A impressão que fica é que a cúpula da Seduc tentou de maneira sorrateira lançar a “ideia” para ver se emplacava um apoio das redes sociais (algo comum na atualidade), mas como não teve e o caso repercutiu negativamente, resolveu negar existência do documento.

Cabe agora aguardar o resultado de uma investigação aberta pelo Ministério Público Federal (MPF) para apurar a atuação da Secretaria Estadual de Educação (Seduc) em relação ao memorando da pasta que ordenava a retirada de 43 obras literárias das escolas estaduais. O processo foi aberto pelo procurador Raphael Luis Pereira Belivaqua e foi assinado na tarde desta sexta-feira (7) em Porto Velho. O Governo terá que se explicar.
