Um posto de combustível situado na BR-174, em Vilhena, foi denunciado na Polícia Civil por supostamente vender combustível adulterado. A queixa é de um consumidor de 54 anos. Ele diz que após abastecer sua Hilux com diesel e percorrer 20 km o veículo parou de funcionar. A denúncia foi feita neste domingo (21) na Unisp.
O consumidor ainda disse que precisou de ajuda de um mecânico e que foi encontrada água misturada ao combustível. O caso deverá ser apurado.
Cliente pode exigir teste de combustível
Uma prática pouco comum entre os consumidores é a de exigir teste de combustível. De acordo com a portaria 248/2000, da Agência Nacional do Petróleo (ANP), o posto é obrigado a realizar determinadas análises sempre que o cliente quiser, e na frente dele.
No caso da gasolina, o consumidor pode pedir para verificar o aspecto visual do combustível que precisa estar límpido e variar de incolor a amarelo, e solicitar exames da densidade relativa e do teor de álcool anidro (que deve ser de 25%, com margem de tolerância de 1 ponto percentual para cima ou para baixo).
Apesar de norma da Agência Nacional do Petróleo (ANP), poucos consumidores solicitam avaliação no posto.
