O temporal que durou cerca de uma hora na da tarde deste sábado, 28 de dezembro, foi suficiente para causar alagamentos em diversas regiões de Colorado do Oeste, principalmente na região central do município.

Os bueiros da região passaram por limpeza recentemente, no entanto, não conseguiram dar vazão ao fluxo do Igarapé Central. A avenida Marechal Rondon e rua Potiguara ficaram submersas, inclusive impedindo o tráfego de veículos.
